Our certified bodywork and massage is a blend of modalities, ranging from energetic to structural work. Both Rick and Troy, each with more than 1100 hours of training and private instruction, draw from eastern and western practices.
We focus on helping people with a variety of concerns: chronic and acute pain, decreased range of motion and strength, injuries, stress, preparation for and recovery from surgery, and more. We also offer tandem (4-hand) sessions.
We work actively with clients—taking into account their posture, personal habits and day-to-day activities—to discover what may be creating issues, whether on a physical, emotional, or spiritual level.
Our approach to bodywork is integrative and holistic. To be appreciated, it must be experienced. Take advantage of our first-time client rate of $85 for 60 minutes-or $125 for 90 minutes-with one of us, and experience touch with intention.
