To celebrate the 200th birthday of Frederic Chopin, Vermont Mozart Festival is featuring global talents Gil Shohat, Philippe Entremont, Jean-Francois Latour, Jean-Claude Pennetier and Rieko Aizawa to bring his celebrated solo piano and orchestral works to life. The season, taking place this summer from July 18 through August 8, will also present works by Mozart and others, and include Vivaldi's "The Four Seasons", Shcubert's "Trout Quintet", Gilbert and Sullivan's "The Yeoman of the Guard", Copland's "Appalachian Spring" and a night of jazz with Steve Wilson.
